Sue joined Freedom Club TimeBank. On joining, she went through and listed what activities she could help with, and what activities she needs help with (and some she just doesn't like doing!).
Freedom Club TimeBank asked for two personal references and completed an enhanced CRB [http://www.crb.gov.uk/] check.
Sue agreed that she can help with gardening, dog walking and after school care. She agreed that she'd like help with computer skills and cookery classes.
Tim, already a member, had said he could help with computer skills, so the Freedom Club Time Broker introduced Tim to Sue to help her with computer skills.
As Sue doesn't have a computer at home, they met up at Cambridge Central library and Tim gave Sue one hour of computer tuition - one Time Credit.
Tim had deposited one Time Credit and Sue had withdrawn one Time Credit.
Tim then used his Time Credit to get help with DIY from Sharon - another TimeBank member, and a DIY expert. And Sue helped another member, Chris, with after school care for her children.
